Seared pork fillet

Made form beautiful fresh, seasonal Australian produce.

Serves 4 - 6


1 Pork Fillet
Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
2 bunches Australian Asparagus
Lemon Zest & Juice
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

  • Step 1

    Mix zest and juice of 1 lemon, add salt and pepper and 40 ml of olive oil in a bowl as the marinade.

  • Step 2

    Slice pork into 2cm slices on the angle and place in marinade.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle oil, salt and pepper over Asparagus and cherry tomatoes.

  • Step 4

    Sear pork on hot grill, 2 to 3 minutes each side - set aside to rest.

  • Step 5

    Grill Asparagus and cherry tomatoes on grill until they start to blister.

  • Step 6

    Serve pork on the bed of Asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
