Donna is an experienced Senior Executive with 35 years + experience, the majority at senior, strategic levels within public & private retail companies. Broad commercial experience with proven ability to contribute strategically to Organisations from Retail to Manufacturing, Marketing to Property and the NFP sector.
She winner of the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Award which is complimented by an Executive MBA at the University of Virginia, USA and Strategic Planning and Leadership programmes at Monash and Deakin Universities in Victoria. A Graduate & current Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor of four (4) Boards, serving also as Chair and Member of multiple Board Committees.
Donna is currently a Non-Executive Director with Gale Pacific Ltd, a global manufacturing company listed on the ASX and is a Member of the Nomination Committee. She is a Non-Executive Director with YMCA Services Pty Ltd where she is also Deputy Chair and Chair of the Governance and HR Committee. And finally, Donna has recently joined the Board of Leading Edge Retail (Riverwise Pty Ltd) as a Board Advisor.
Donna was first appointed to the Board of Dandenong Market Pty Ltd in May 2017 and was officially appointed Chair of the Board in March 2021.

Tom Mollenkopf is a Senior Associate with consultants Aither, advising on policy, strategy and governance and is an experienced Non-Executive Director. He has a background in law, first in private practice and then as corporate counsel, prior to undertaking a series of executive and CEO roles in the water and environment sector, including as CEO of the Australian Water Association, and CEO of the Peter Cullen Trust.
He is a Director (Chair/President-elect) of the International Water Association, a Director of Peninsula Leisure, and is a member of the Australian Water Partnership Expert Review Panel. Previous Board roles include: President and Chairperson of Life Saving Victoria; Director at Western Water, WaterAid Australia, Surf Life Saving Australia and waterAustralia Solutions Ltd; Deputy Chair of Wyong Water; and Chair of the Water Industry Superannuation Fund.
Tom and his family have lived in Melbourne’s southeast for the past 30 years, except for periods working overseas and interstate. In his spare time, Tom continues to patrol as a volunteer surf lifesaver and chairs the Life Saving Victoria Grievance and Judiciary Committee and the Gary Tierney Foundation.

Jerome has a deep connection to the City of Greater Dandenong and grew up in Noble Park North. An active member of sporting clubs in the area for many years, Jerome is a Life Member & Secretary of the Keysborough Cricket Club.
Jerome is a career retailer with multiple executive roles within Australia and New Zealand having worked at iconic brands such as Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and Red Group Retail.
With expertise in Store Operations, Marketing, Property and People his passion lies in small and emerging retail, as well as markets. Jerome is currently helping small businesses and not for profit organisations grow through his coaching business Hangar18.

Pip is the founder and CEO of BrandHook, a brand & customer experience consultancy. She is also currently building a new platform called Hearsay – a market research tool that streamlines the research conversations process.
She is passionate about helping businesses get closer to their customers and has worked with clients such as AMP, Coles, The Country Road Group, 2XU, Vicinity Centres, CUB, Treasury Wine Estates, Museum Victoria, Melbourne Zoos and the Victorian Government.
Pip works with CEOs and executive teams to drive more value out of their customer and brand experiences. As an award-winning keynote speaker, regular industry commentator and podcast host, Pip is always sharing her insight and thoughts. She is also a regular contributor to the CMO, CEO and Marketing Magazines, a Business Mentor for RareBirds, and in 2017 was voted by Twitter Australia as #4 of Top 10 Twitter accounts to follow.

Chad is a multi-sector property expert having held roles in the finance, media, leisure, and entertainment industries and has spent the last two decades driven by his passion for the retail industry.
Chad started his career at Woolworths and Coca-Cola and as the Portfolio General Manager Leasing, today leads the strategic development and operational management for leasing across Victoria and Western Australia for QIC Global Real Estate, one of Australia’s leading retail investors with over $20BN of assets under management.
Leveraging over 14 years of retail property expertise for both private and listed companies across the Middle East and Australia, Chad has championed the development of relevant customer-driven brand mix outcomes for several major Australian & Middle Eastern Shopping Centre’s to the value of over $4bn of development including investment at Chadstone, Melbourne Emporium, Bahrain City Centre and most recently Watergardens.
With an MBA from the University of South Australia and a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in multiple states, Chad is also a current Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
