Dandenong Market’s 2023 Strategic Plan outlines our aspirations for the next five years. It also provides a framework for delivering those aspirations.
Dandenong Market Pty Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary entity of the City of Greater Dandenong. This document builds on the 2018 Strategic Plan and the work of the Board over the last five years.
This plan includes input from key stakeholders, Market traders and Dandenong Market Pty Ltd directors and managers. As well as Councillors and Council officers from the City of Greater Dandenong. DMPL also used findings from surveys and focus groups to inform the plan.
This plan is best read in conjunction with Market Management’s business plans and project implementation plans. This will provide more detail in relation to each of the initiatives planned.
