Cure that hangover!
We all know hydration is the key, but sometimes a ginger tea and a gallon of water won’t do! Comfort food when you’re feeling seedy doesn’t get much better than our top five feel-good recipes for the best hangover cure.
1. Home-made pizzas
Home-made pizza is the perfect hangover cure. Less greasy than a store-bought slice and just a satisfying, this carb load is all you’re craving.
Shopping list:
600 grams plain flour
2 teaspoon dried yeast
Pinch of caster sugar
1 teaspoon salt
375 ml warm water
60 ml olive oil

2. Raspberry & Yoghurt Sorbet
Shopping list:
1kg frozen raspberries
300ml Indian style yoghurt
Zest & juice of 2 lemons

500grams desiree potatoes
200grams grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
Plain flour
2 bunches coriander, washed and picked
50grams unsalted cashews, toasted
60grams grated parmesan cheese

5 litres cold water
1 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced
10 head of corn
4 egg whites
3 brown onions, sliced
