80grams salt

550 ml warm water

3. Bircher Muesli
Shopping list:
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups milk/juice
125ml apple juice
½ cup Indian style yoghurt
¼ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup walnuts
Large pinch ground cinnamon
1 cup grated granny smith apples
¼ cup raisins
Touch vanilla
1 punnet chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup goji berries/dried cranberries

1 bunch basil
4 tablespoons powdered parmesan cheese
200 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic
100g toasted almonds
1 thin baguette
400g roma tomatoes
1 avocado
1 red onion
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
100 grams goats cheese feta
50 gram Kalamata olives
