- 4 very thin slices of smoked bacon

- 1100 grams bakers flour
- 80grams salt
- 48 grams fresh yeast
- 550 ml warm water
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 50 grams room temperature butter or oil
3. Bircher Muesli

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk/juice
- 125ml apple juice
- ½ cup Indian style yoghurt
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup walnuts
- Large pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 cup grated granny smith apples

- 100 grams goats cheese feta
- 50 gram Kalamata olives
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
