Dandenong Market's delicious tahini yoghurt is great with grilled fish, or red meats, or as a great nutty spread in sandwiches.
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 x tablespoon tahini
- 1 x small clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine
- Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
