MC Quality Seafood is a family business, owned and operated by Michael and Cheryl Curmi. MC Quality Seafood specialises in Australian quality seafood purchased personally by Michael each morning at the wholesale fish markets.
Michael’s face may be familiar to many. Prior to opening MC Quality Seafood, Michael spent 14 years at Schwarze Seafoods at Dandenong Market. And before that, Michael also spent four years at Mike’s Seafood at Queen Victoria Market.
Michael’s focus is providing exceptional customer service and the highest quality seafood. Michael is involved in every aspect of his buisness from filleting fish to assisting customers to select and purchase the perfect seafood. Michael is up at 2:30am before every Market day to visit the wholesale fish markets where he selects the best quality and freshest fish for his customers.
In addition to a delicious range of seafood, MC Quality Seafood is also home to an oyster bar, where customers can dine on freshly shucked oysters with their choice of sauces – as if it was plucked straight from the ocean!
Visitors can find MC Quality Seafood in the top end of the Meat Fish & Deli Hall, next to Sam’s Spice & Grocery.
