After visiting Sydney and tasting the amazing kebabs and pastries Ismet wanted to share it with Dandenong, he never imagined he would be part of the wonderful crew at the market but when an opportunity came up to start up a kebab business Ismet jumped at the chance.
With such a driving passion and great family and wife supporting him, Ismet opened up Dough Works and using traditional recipes including wonderful ones from Ismet’s mother in law and fresh ingredients, it turned out to be a recipe for success.

At Dough Works Gozleme & Kebabs you can see family members lovingly prepare the fresh gözleme dough, roll and stuff it with delectable fillings such as spinach and feta, lamb, chicken and mushroom. Gözleme is a savoury traditional Turkish handmade and hand rolled pastry. Fresh pastry is rolled out, filled and sealed, then cooked over a griddle.
Dough Works also offers traditional Turkish kebabs with lamb, beef or chicken, garlic sauce and fresh salad.
