Call & Collect at Dandenong Market

Dandenong Market is excited to announce a trial of our new Call & Collect service beginning Friday 1 May 2020.

We understand some customers want to make their visit to the Market as efficient as possible during these times. Our new Call & Collect service is fresh, fast and free and gives customers access to Market fresh produce with maximum convenience.

Customers simply phone or email their order through to their favourite trader on Wednesday or Thursday, pre-pay over the phone, then head to a priority queue to pick it up anytime on Friday.

How does Call & Collect work?

Call or email one of our participating traders below and place your order on Wednesday or Thursday between 8am and 3pm for collection on Friday of that same week.

Leave a contact number with the select trader when you place your order. They will contact you before 6pm Thursday to process an over the phone payment.

Your order will then be ready to collect on the Friday of that week after 8am.

Please note: orders that have not been pre-paid will not be ready for collection.

Where do I collect my order?

Each trader has a dedicated Call & Collect pick up location at their stall. This location is identified with Call & Collect signage.

Tell the trader your first and last name and they will present your order ready for collection – no waiting around and no payment hassle.

Orders from multiple stalls need to be collected from each relevant trader – multiple orders can not be stored together due to differing storage temperatures.

More things to consider:

Please do not send your credit card information to our traders via email or text. Leave your best contact with them and they will call you before 6pm Thursday to process payment.
Street parking is free for short periods of time which is perfect for pickup, however, Market parking is only 50 cents for an hour and $1 for three hours.
All traders will have a dedicated Call & Collect pick-up point to ensure that you are served as a priority.
High-quality produce will be picked for each order and will be packed and stored to maintain quality and shelflife.
