Shabbir is all about creating flavour and specialises in bringing the authentic street taste from Pakistan to Melbourne.

At Soup Junction you can find all different kinds of soups with authentic and unique flavours. Winter specialities include chicken and sweet corn garnised with chips and chicken manchow with crispy noodles. Their all year specialty is the mouth-watering lentil and pumpkin soup.

Shabbir and wife Tasneem purchased the soup stall in 2018. They are the owners of Kadak Chai and decided that expanding would be a convenient and smart move for their business.

Tasneem already loved cooking soup and creating unique flavours and she was excited to share them with Melbourne. At Soup Junction you can also purchase fresh juices, slushies, smoothies and even detox juices! They’re the perfect stop to re-energise for lunch after your market shop.

Soup Junction offers its yummy soup in the ultimate bowl: a crusty bread roll. That’s a win this winter!
