1. Always have a spare key and remote for your car/garage/gate. If you lose your key/remotes it can be very costly. Making a spare key is the safest and cheapest option.
2. Bring your car and all existing keys if you are coming in to see them for a new car key/remote. For most cars they need to go to the car to program your new key/remote. You will also need to supply the year, make and model of the vehicle.
3. If you need a new garage/gate remote, bring your original remote if possible or photos of the motor.
4. If your key/remote is cracked or broken, do not use any glue to fix it. Glue can damage delicate parts of the remote.  For a short term fix, use sticky tape.
