Simon originally immigrated to New Zealand from Malaysia for business at a young age. A short time later, the savvy business owner moved again, this time to Melbourne, Australia in the early 2000s where he established his small business.

Frame Cut is a custom framing business that stocks a wide variety of pre-existing frames, while also giving you the opportunity to create your own frame. There is a great range of mounts available and all framing is completed on-site.

Simon’s love for his craft was born through his love for art. Simon loves to create frames in order to display art, believing that creating beautiful frames is an art form within itself.

Owning his business at Dandenong Market is a recommendation from a friend – which he is immensely glad he followed. He loves interacting with the diverse customer base who often shop at the Market.

Simon’s offers custom framing for sports memorabilia such as AFL jumpers and NBA jerseys as well as professional or amateur art.

Frame Cuts is open every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7am and Sundays from 9am.
