Abdul has always loved working at Dandenong Market, he calls it home and all the customers family. Originally from Afghanistan, Abdul moved to Australia with his family in the 80’s for a better life.
Shoes have always been Abdul’s specialty, providing high quality, popular brands at discounted prices. Abdul stays ahead of the trends and always has the latest sneakers and casual shoes that customers young and old are looking for.
Priding himself on excellent customer service and making people happy, Abdul says his business has survived on recommendations and word of mouth and of course his regulars who visit him with their friends and family.
Abdul also likes to give back to the community, offering free school shoes to students who can’t afford them at Dandenong High School.
