Meet Zhi Xin Shang, owner of Mobile Honey!

Find the charismatic Mobile Honey cart next to Dutch Poffertjes in the Pantry. This sweet stall stocks delicious natural, local honey in flavours such as manuka as well as fresh honeycomb.

Most of Zhi Xin’s tasty honey is sourced from a farm in Mount Dundeed in Victoria. It is harversted and cared for by very happy bees.

Mobile Honey carries an authentic, natural and tasty honey range – “nature’s gold”, Zhi Xin calls it. “It’s just the thing to kickstart your day”. In fact, she eats it at least once a day herself!

Owning a stall at Dandenong Market is a dream for Zhi Xin who left her office job behind to support herself with a small business. She loves making new friends and interacting with friendly Market customers.

Zhi Xin says the Manuka honey is her favourite variety as it helps with her pesky havfever from August to November. However, the customers love Yellow Box and Orange Blossom varieties she says.

Mobile Honey is open every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7am and Sundays from 9am.
