Meet Phil Jansen from Dutch Poffertjes!

​Phil is the new owner of Dutch Poffertjes and has been operating since February 2021.
​
She relocated her business to Australia in 2006 after starting out in The Netherlands – aren’t we lucky?
​
​Typically topped with melted butter and icing sugar, Phil encourages customers to add maple syrup and whipped cream every once in a while, to treat yourself.
​
​She has loved interacting with Dandenong Market customers in her short time at the Market and looks forward to being able to share her passion as her business continues to grow.
​
​You can find the food truck parked at the top of the Northern Food Court.

This delicious treat is available every Market day. Pop by Philomina’s stall from 8am on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 9am on Sundays.
