Price $

Menus should be limited to a maximum of three dishes or five variants on a single dish. All menu items must be approved by Dandenong Market Management as per your permitted use. Pricing is to be a maximum of $15 per standard serve. At least one item is to be less than $8. Traders may charge up to $20 for large share plates (share plates are to include smaller serving sizes of multiple menu items or single menu items for two or more people).

Power Requirements / Gas Usage

Power is included as part of your site fee across the three nights of Night Market. All food traders should ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with the relevant standards of all gas appliances. All power leads and boards should be tagged and tested by a qualified and certified electrician.

Please itemise the electrical equipment with amps/watts used in your operation / other equipment.
