With decades of culinary expertise, chefs Tim Hollands & Leana Nguyen will guide you through the fresh, vibrant flavours of Vietnam during this fun 2-hour experience.

First, explore the Market’s fresh produce and herb stalls, followed by a live cooking demonstration. Here, you’ll learn how to make two traditional dipping sauces – a classic Vietnamese nuoc cham and a fragrant coriander & pineapple blend – before mastering sizzling savoury pancakes (banh xeo) and Vietnamese prawn and pork lemongrass skewers (chao thom).

Your experience then concludes with the best part of any cooking class – a shared feast of your creations!

Parking: A parking ticket will be included in the tour price. Please arrive at the Management Office 15-20 minutes early to obtain your parking ticket. You must park on the lowest level of the multi-story car park. See more frequently asked questions.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings may be modified or refunded up to 7 days prior to the tour. After this period, changes and refunds are not possible. If you need to cancel, we kindly request you email your notice to [email protected] so we may have an opportunity to refill the space. Please note that only one date change is permitted per booking.
