From the tender and succulent Korean BBQ meats to the crispy and crunchy fried chicken, Seoul Night has something for everyone. Their menu also includes the famous Korean street food, toppoki, which is a spicy and savory snack made with rice cakes and vegetables.
Andrew and Brian, owners of the Korean cuisine, are excited to bring something new to the Market. “We love the cultural aspect of the Market, after working in hospitality and food for more than 10 years, the multiculturalism and love for the Market is infectious” we look forward to being a part of it with Seoul Night” says Andrew.
Focusing on providing high-quality and authentic Korean food that is simple yet intuitive, the duo believes that their customers should be able to taste the difference in their dishes. Having already opened up shop in Glenferrie, Hawthorn, expanding to Dandenong has been one of their most highly demanded and exciting moves yet. “People are very eager to have a Korean addition to the Market. Being easy to eat and packed with flavour, our menu is definitely one to travel for.” Says Brian.
