Meet Joe from Joe’s Fish!

Joe is a passionate fish breeder who has been in the business for the last 45 years. Years of study dedicated to the individual behavioural patterns, lifestyle, illnesses and requirements of fish are now made available to you. 

After immigrating to Australia from Sri Lanka and finishing his career in engineering, Joe knew it was time to begin a career doing something he loved. Breeding and caring for goldfish has always been a hobby so opening Joe’s Fish felt like a natural first step.

Joe breeds a large majority of his own fish, sourcing others from close friends or contacts. His prices remain some of the cheapest in the area.

“Goldfish are my favourite by far,” said Joe. “And little goldfish tend to be the customers favourite too”.

Joe is able to diagnose, provide advice and treat abnormalities using natural treatments. If you are contemplating setting up an aquarium or just a goldfish in a bowl, whatever your requirements, Joe will be able to give you genuine and sound advice on what best suits you.
