With decades of culinary expertise, chefs Tim Hollands & Leana Nguyen will guide you through the fresh, vibrant flavours of Vietnam during this fun 2-hour experience.

First, explore the Market’s fresh produce stalls, followed by a live cooking demonstration. Here, you’ll learn how to make two traditional dipping sauces – a classic Vietnamese nước chấm and a fragrant coriander & pineapple blend – before mastering sizzling savoury pancakes (bánh xèo) and Vietnamese chicken salad (gỏi gà).

Your experience then concludes with the best part of any cooking class – a shared feast of your creations!

A fresh, fragrant shredded chicken salad combining crisp vegetables, market herbs and a bright dressing.
