Your experience begins with a guided tour of Dandenong Market’s fresh produce and grocery stores, followed by a hands-on cooking demonstration covering everything from a traditional teriyaki sauce — balancing soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar — to perfectly seasoned sushi rice, classic rolling techniques, onigiri and Japanese pickles, culminating in a shared feast of your Japanese creations among new friends.

Parking

A complimentary parking ticket is included in the tour price and will be emailed to you ahead of time for printing. If you are unable to print the ticket, please arrive athe Management Office (40 Cleeland Steet, Dandenong) 15 minutes early to receive your parking ticket.
