This is a FREE, family-friendly foodie festival that curry lovers of all ages are set to enjoy. There’s a safe spice for everyone!
International fare lovers can expect an array of food trucks and general merchandise stalls offering colourful, comforting curries from Mauritius, Africa, , Vietnam, Asia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, India, Afghanistan and more. Take your tastebuds travelling around the world at Curry Festival.
Dished up alongside the culinary treats will be a jam-packed program of cultural fun, flying the flag for all those countries that love their curry…kick up your heels with our Bollywood, Bhangra and Sega dancers. You can look the part with intricate, contemporary henna art designed by passionate henna artists too!
Aspiring chefs are also invited to a MasterChef masterclass hosted by MasterChef Australia’s second runner-up Kishwar Chowdhury, demonstrating her culinary skills putting traditional and new-school spins on her beloved Bengali dishes.
